Here’s a timetable of events for the Sparkle Parade! The weather is looking cloudy but good for the parade. We will make a call on Saturday at 10am should we decide to postpone it for a week:
4.00pm Community arrives anytime from now
4.15pm Fun music, funco kombi rides, last minute dress up
Chichester Cottage open Travelling Apple Cart stories
4.30pm MC’s welcome everyone
4.35pm Fleur from ZUMBA gives a mass warm up
5.00pm Mihi by Arapata Williams
5.05 pm Kapa Haka by ‘Tai Aroha’
5:15 pm MC – Housekeeping
5:15 pm Puppeteer of fantail takes parade with Butterfly Stilt Walkers, samba drums, and everyone follows and heads down the coastal track.
5:26 pm SUNSET – dark now
5:45 pm Parade finishes next at Catalina Marina main stage
5.45pm LED Butterfly Stilt Walkers and Ifat Pupeeteer
