PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO FORECAST BAD WEATHER. UPDATED DETAILS WILL BE POSTED HERE WHEN WE HAVE CONFIRMED NEW DATES.
As has already been advised, six garden waste Flexi Bins will be scattered around the neighbourhood for your use over Queen’s Birthday Weekend, which is June 2-4.
NB If the weather looks bad, we will delay. If this happens you’ll be notified by email.
The bins will be put down on Friday, June 1, and picked up the following week.
We will keep an eye on them and if they get too full we will supply more.
The bins are bright orange and you can put flax in them (not allowed with green bins).
PLEASE ONLY USE THEM FOR GARDEN WASTE
Where possible, we will place the bins on hard areas so as not to damage grass on berms. The locations will not impede footpaths, driveways or parking spaces.
