Hobsonville Point Residents Society (HPRS) is looking for an energetic and commercially savvy project leader to initially set up and subsequently manage the ‘streetscape’ and associated ‘green spaces’ within Hobsonville Point on behalf of its residents.
You will need to be a self-starter who has an effective / persuasive communication style, to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders from individual residents to Auckland Council / Transport, Watercare, approved contractors and the HPRS committees.
Whilst this role would be ideally suited to someone already living within the community, it is not a pre-requisite as long as you can demonstrate the right set of skills, exude passion and embrace flexibility in respect of working hours.
Strong project, social and commercial skills are more important than just ‘green fingers’.
