Auckland Council and the Upper Harbour Local Board are refreshing the Upper Harbour Greenways Plan.
The intent of a greenways plan is to create pedestrian and cycle connections between communities and destinations which increase recreational opportunities, encourage safer travel and reduce vehicle use for local trips. The purpose of this project is to refresh the Upper Harbour Greenways Plan developed in 2015 and fulfill some of the aspirational outcomes outlined in the Upper Harbour Local Board Plan 2017.
