The Rifle Range public toilets are expected to open again on July 27, provided that final testing does not present any further problems.
The toilets have been closed while HLC sought professional advice on why they have blocked three times so far this year. The issue, which has now been repaired, proved to be a crushed waste water pipe very close to the structure.
