Given that Hobsonville Point and its population are growing fast, we are looking to put a five-year plan in place. Your chairman, Errol Haarhoff, and other committee members will soon meet with HLC (Homes, Land, Community) to discuss matters of mutual interest and to get a handle on future management and maintenance of various public facilities.
The count of homes here will soon reach almost 2000 as dwellings under construction reach completion during this year. This will increase the population to around 5000 and that will double again when the area is complete.
We’ll be covering a range of issues to ensure that current residents and new arrivals can all anticipate continuing to enjoy living here.
